Ask Cliff Terms of Service

You retain ownership of your Content but grant Ask Cliff a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display Content solely to operate, maintain, improve, and protect the Services.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide Content.

All Services content, software, branding, templates, AI prompts, and outputs provided by Ask Cliff are owned by Ask Cliff or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal purposes only.

Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Shopify, Polar, Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.

Pricing, billing terms, and refund rules are disclosed at purchase and incorporated by reference.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • ASK CLIFF IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES
  • TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ASK CLIFF IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ask Cliff from claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your Content
  • Your misuse of AI outputs
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law

15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Class Action Waiver

Disputes must be brought individually. Class actions and jury trials are waived.
